General, Delivery, Payment and Returns Info
These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
Please note orders may arrive in multiple deliveries.
Delivery is currently available to Canada and the United States (not including minor outlying islands), the United Kingdom, Ireland, and is free of charge.
Orders are tracked and delivery time typically ranges from 2-6 business days. As products are made to order please allow 2-5 business days for order fulfillment. Buyers are responsible for any handling, custom or import fees that may apply once their orders arrive in their country.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, however, if you have encountered an issue with your order please reach out to support@cottageivyco.com within 3 days of receiving your items. For items lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please ensure that you enter your address correctly. In the event that an address is considered insufficient by couriers and requires re-shipment, you will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
